Following government guidelines we will be keeping a 2 meter distance the whole time in the gym and provide all hand sanitising equipment. Reasons why boxing is so good for you. You can switch off from the outside world and be present in the moment It's an excellent form of stress relief and stimulates endorphin production When boxing, you're never alone, making it a great motivator It can help you learn a lot about yourself It builds self-confidence as much as physical strength

Cancellation Policy

No charge/full refund if cancellation is made 12 hours or more in advance. Classes cannot be moved to an alternative session.
